A villa in the Chouf needs structural works, finishing, and MEP coordination in the right sequence, and the sequence is usually what decides whether the programme holds. Group Four takes the main contractor role and carries that coordination, so the client deals with one party rather than chasing trades.
The work starts at setting-out and ends at handover with as-built drawings and testing records. In between: shop drawings reviewed against site conditions, subcontractors sequenced, materials inspected on delivery, and QA/QC checks signed off before each stage closes. Clients can also appoint us for a single package, such as structural works or a fit-out on a building someone else framed.
Twelve construction services, one contractor
We take the main contractor role on residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects. That covers site mobilisation, the build itself, and final handover, with subcontractors and suppliers coordinated under a single contract.
Reinforced concrete execution: foundations, retaining walls, slabs, columns, and beams. We also carry out structural strengthening on existing frames where loads have changed or the concrete has deteriorated.
Daily supervision on site: setting-out, subcontractor coordination, and work sequencing, with quality control and progress follow-up recorded as the job moves rather than reconstructed afterwards.
Excavation, backfilling, and the infrastructure preparation a plot needs before the structure starts. Drainage, concrete works, and external works are handled at the other end of the same job.
Plastering, tiling, painting, cladding, ceilings, and partitions. Waterproofing and facade treatments sit in the same package, because both decide how long the visible finish actually lasts.
Structural repairs, concrete restoration, facade upgrades, and balcony repairs on buildings already standing. Full refurbishment where the building is being taken back to shell and rebuilt.
Partitions, ceilings, flooring, and final finishes for office, residential, retail, and commercial spaces, with joinery and lighting preparation coordinated against the tenant drawings.
Preparation and review of shop drawings, and coordination between the design intent and what site conditions actually allow. Technical queries go back to the design team and get closed before the work starts, with as-built documentation issued at the end.
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and low-current systems coordinated against the architectural and structural works, so service routes and openings are agreed with the structure rather than cut into it later.
Construction scheduling, resource planning, and site logistics, with procurement followed up against the programme. Progress reporting keeps the client, the consultant, and the subcontractors working from the same dates.
Site quality procedures, material inspection on delivery, and workmanship monitoring against the approved specification. Safety coordination runs alongside the works rather than as a separate exercise.
