Most of these twelve services run together on the same job. A villa in the Chouf needs structural works, finishing, and MEP coordination in the right sequence, and the sequence is usually what decides whether the programme holds. Group Four takes the main contractor role and carries that coordination, so the client deals with one party rather than chasing trades.
The work starts at setting-out and ends at handover with as-built drawings and testing records. In between: shop drawings reviewed against site conditions, subcontractors sequenced, materials inspected on delivery, and QA/QC checks signed off before each stage closes. Clients can also appoint us for a single package, such as structural works or a fit-out on a building someone else framed.

Design to SitePreparation and review of shop drawings, and coordination between the design intent and what site conditions actually allow. Technical queries go back to the design team and get closed before the work starts, with as-built documentation issued at the end.

MEP Coordination
Services & SystemsMechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and low-current systems coordinated against the architectural and structural works, so service routes and openings are agreed with the structure rather than cut into it later.

Project Planning & Execution Control
