Co-Founder — General Manager
Ashraf is an Architectural Engineer with a Master's degree and more than 20 years of executive experience across the GCC and the wider Middle East. He has run large-scale infrastructure work and high-value developments, with most of his focus on project governance and risk management. He stays with a project from master planning through to final execution, so the building that goes up is the one that was designed.
Firas Beaini
Co-Founder Managing Director
Firas is an Architect with a Master's degree and more than two decades of experience running multi-disciplinary engineering teams on landmark mega-projects and high-end developments. His work covers strategic engineering management and construction supervision. A good part of it happens on site, where he checks that complex architectural designs are built to the accuracy the structure requires.
Roni Sariyyedine
Senior Structural & Site Engineer
Roni has spent all six years of his professional career with Group Four and now leads execution across the company's sites. He runs the work from setting-out through to handover: coordinating subcontractors, sequencing trades, reviewing shop drawings, and resolving technical queries with the design team. Six years in one company has given him a close understanding of how Group Four builds.
