Someone on site every day, not every week
Construction management is mostly a sequencing problem. Trades arrive in an order, each one depends on the last being finished and checked, and a single missed dependency pushes everything behind it. Our site engineers hold that order and resolve conflicts before they cost a week.
This package suits clients who already have a designer and want execution controlled properly, or owners running their own subcontractors who need technical supervision they can trust. Reporting goes to the client and the consultant from the same set of records.

The order trades arrive in, and what each one needs finished before it can start. Held as a live programme rather than a wall chart.
