Plastering & Screeds
Substrate preparation, plaster, and floor screeds set to the finished levels the following trades need.
- Internal and external plaster
- Floor screeds to level
- Substrate preparation and repairs
Interior and exterior finishing: plastering, tiling, painting, cladding, ceilings, partitions, waterproofing and facade treatments.
Finishing is judged closer up than any other trade. Nobody inspects a foundation, but everyone runs a hand along a tile joint. The work is in the setting out, the substrate preparation, and the sequence, because a finish is only as good as what it was applied to.
We keep waterproofing and facade treatments in the same package as the visible finishes deliberately. Separating them is how a good looking wall ends up staining two winters later, and the client pays twice.

Tiling and stonework set out from the room, not the corner, so cuts land where they are least visible.
External cladding, stonework, and facade treatments detailed for mountain exposure and fixed back to the structure properly.
Wet areas, roofs, terraces, and below-ground, applied and tested before anything covers it.
Gypsum ceilings and partitions coordinated with services above, then paint and final decoration.

Facade and external finishes take a beating in a Chouf winter. Detailing that suits mountain exposure is not the same as detailing that suits Beirut, and we build for the site we are on.
