Pre-pour inspection of slab reinforcement and cover at a Group Four site in Lebanon
Quality & Safety

Quality & Safety Management

Material inspection, workmanship checked against the approved specification, and safety coordination running alongside the works.

QA/QC

Checked while it is still cheap to fix

Quality control is mostly about timing. The same defect costs nothing to fix before a pour, something to fix during finishing, and a great deal to fix after handover. Inspection at the right stage is not bureaucracy, it is the cheapest moment to be right.

We work to the approved specification rather than to a general standard, keep records per element, and run safety coordination alongside the works rather than as a separate exercise nobody reads.

Scope of works

01

Site Quality Procedures

Inspection and test points defined per element, with hold points agreed before work reaches them.

  • Inspection and test plans
  • Hold and witness points
  • Records kept per element
02

Material Inspection

Deliveries checked against the approved submittals on arrival, not after they are built into the works.

  • Delivery inspection against submittals
  • Certificate and batch checks
  • Rejection and replacement process
03

Workmanship Monitoring

Executed work checked against the approved specification while the responsible trade is still on site.

  • Stage inspections
  • Non-conformance reporting
  • Corrective action tracking
04

Testing

Concrete cubes, compaction, pressure, and continuity testing carried out and filed against the element tested.

  • Concrete cube sampling
  • Compaction and density testing
  • Pressure and continuity testing
05

Site Safety Coordination

Access, edge protection, lifting, and method statements coordinated as part of running the site.

  • Method statements and risk review
  • Edge protection and access control
  • Lifting and plant safety

Standards on site, not on paper

We keep inspection records per element, so a question about a specific slab or wall months later has an answer rather than an opinion.
