This residential building, designed for Mr. Rodwan Beaini, rises from the hillside village of Mazraa in El Chouf, Lebanon. Spanning 820 square meters across multiple stories, the project combines reinforced concrete structure with a refined material palette that blends naturally with the surrounding mountain landscape. Group Four Engineering & Contracting is managing every phase of construction, from groundwork to finishing.
The Rodwan Beaini residential building features a contemporary architectural language defined by clean horizontal lines, concrete and stone material combinations, and a facade punctuated by large windows and projecting balconies. The design draws on the El Chouf region's natural palette, integrating the structure seamlessly into the sloped terrain of Mazraa. Surrounding greenery in the foreground complements the building's aesthetic, softening the transition between the built structure and the landscape.
Group Four Engineering & Contracting is delivering this project end-to-end, overseeing structural works, concrete framing, facade installation, and all interior fit-out phases across the two-year build programme. The site at Mazraa, El Chouf presents a typical mountain terrain challenge — the team has coordinated earthworks and slope management carefully to ensure stable foundations for the multi-story structure. Construction is currently ongoing, with regular progress documentation captured throughout each phase.
