The Bou Ghanem Residence is a large-scale residential building completed for Mr. Kamil Bou Ghanem in Ramliyeh, Aley — one of the most substantial projects Group Four has delivered in the Mount Lebanon region. Spanning 4,300 m² across multiple floors, the building rises from the hilly terrain of Ramliyeh with a commanding presence, surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees that define the character of the Aley district. The project reflects Group Four's capability to manage large-scale residential construction from foundation to handover across a 2.5-year build programme.

Site & Construction Conditions

The Ramliyeh site presents a characteristically hilly profile, common to the Aley district of Mount Lebanon. Construction required careful sequencing of heavy equipment — including concrete pumps and transit mixers — across the elevated terrain, with dirt access paths established during the early phases to allow material delivery without disturbing the tree line. The building footprint was designed to work with the natural slope rather than against it, reducing cut-and-fill volumes and preserving the green character of the site.

Group Four's Role & Delivery

Group Four handled the full construction scope for Mr. Kamil Bou Ghanem's project — from structural works and concrete frame to finishing and handover — over a 2.5-year programme. The project was completed on schedule, demonstrating Group Four's capacity to manage large residential buildings across the Aley and broader Mount Lebanon region. It stands today as one of the firm's flagship completed projects in the Chouf–Aley corridor.
